What is delivered
WA Softglimmer is an online software service. Your purchase provides access to the selected package in your account. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies.
When access starts
Package access is normally activated immediately after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The Billing page shows your plan, payment record and invoice. Pending or failed payments do not activate a paid package.
If activation is delayed
If money was deducted and access is still missing after 30 minutes, contact info@softglimmer.com with your account email and payment reference. Avoid paying a second time until the first payment has been checked.
Third-party setup
Activating a package does not automatically approve or connect your WhatsApp number, Meta business, AI service, email account or store. Complete the setup instructions and any required provider approvals. These providers control their own approval and setup times.
